Quick and easily find the property you want using the property search bar. No longer will you need to physically scroll around the map in search of a property. Available on both the map and list view screens.
List View
Sometimes it is easier to search for the property you want in a list view. The map is not going anywhere, just the addition of a quick and easy way to search and scroll through properties.
Upgraded Messaging Features
Quick Review
The introduction of the 'Quick Review' feature will offer users a quick and easy way to provide feedback on various property-related events through a simple, standardised form that’s consistently displayed and easy to understand within the property’s stream. Just select the type of feedback, tap your ratings, and add optional notes for extra context – no time wasted. Alongside ease of use, the consistent format will enable statistical comparison and deeper insight, helping to build a more informed and connected community.
Video Upload
Adding the ability to upload and play videos allows users to visually and verbally document property conditions, issues, or disputes, providing clearer and more compelling details.
Audio Upload
Introducing audio upload and playback enables users to capture and share sound-based documentation of property conditions, issues, or disturbances. Some things are better to record, we'll leave the choice up to you.
File Attachment
Enabling document uploads lets users attach leases, repair requests, or other paperwork tied to property matters, enriching the conversation with concrete details and encouraging clearer, more accountable exchanges between everyone involved.
Spark Connections

By associating rental properties with key people - like property managers, agents, and landlords — a network of meaningful connections can be created. For the first time, renters will have the opportunity to connect with others who share the same managers or agencies, uncover shared experiences, and build a stronger sense of community.
Mention & Link
Similar to other messaging platforms, the @ symbol allows users to notify, mention, and tag individuals directly within a conversation. This not only ensures the right people are alerted at the right time but also improves visibility and tracking across streams.
Tag & Categorise
The addition of the # symbol, just like in popular apps such as Instagram, allows users to tag and categorize content, making it easier to organize and search within and across conversations.
Suburb Stream
Suburb Stream is a feature that combines all public property message streams within a suburb into one easy-to-browse feed. It offers a broader view of what’s happening locally while allowing users to dive deeper by following individual streams or quickly jumping into specific property chats. With simple filters to help narrow down the content you care about, Suburb Stream acts as a dynamic switchboard for rental conversations in the area — all with the goal of growing community connectivity and transparency.
